Courses by Mail

Correspondence courses allow you to learn on your own schedule, at your own location. The following correspondence courses are now available:

• The ABCs of Proofreading
• The ABCs of Copyediting
• Copyediting Cookbooks
• Copyediting Fiction
• Writing Effective Author Queries

Enrollees receive a course manual that includes training exercises, some to be self-corrected with a key, others to be critiqued by the instructor. Participants work at their own pace and have up to 1 year to complete the course.
